Guidelines is happy to announce new partnerships that increase our ability to reach people for Christ. Solwezi Radio in Zambia will now carry Guidelines programming in English, which is the trade language of Zambia. Solwezi is a provincial capital and home 65,000 people. Thanks to our partners at Solwezi Radio, they now have access to both the Guidelines Commentary and our Darlene Sala’s Encouraging Words program. We are excited to see how God uses these tools to further grow and encourage his people in Zambia.
While we have expanded internationally, we have also been able to grow our US reach. Beginning in January of 2017, our longtime partners at KHCB Houston will be airing our Just for Today programming in Mandarin. It is estimated that there are over 24,000 Chinese-Americans living in Houston!
Another long-time partner, Bible Broadcasting Network (BBN) will now carry Guidelines Russian and Chinese programming as part of their internet broadcasting. Thanks to BBN, Chinese and Russian speakers with a computer and an internet connection have access to both the Commentary and Encouraging Words in their heart languages. (www.bbnradio.org)
